By creating an account or accessing the Systeo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms of use, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of the Service
Systeo is a minimalist CRM designed to support business management, collaboration, and growth. The Service includes:
- Managing contacts, companies, and deals
- A configurable sales pipeline
- Tasks, notes, and reminders
- Gmail integration and an AI assistant
- Multi-team workspaces with roles and permissions
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of non-compliance with these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in an ethical, respectful, and legal manner. It is prohibited to:
- Publish or share unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or harmful content

7. Subscriptions and Payments
Some advanced features of Systeo may be accessible by subscription. Payments are processed through secure payment service providers. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to ensure its quality but do not guarantee the absence of bugs, interruptions, or errors. Systeo Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in case of abuse, violation of terms, or prolonged inactivity.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Quebec, Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal.
